Key requirements for the role include: Deep insurance industry expertise with a strong track record across commercial and specialty sub-markets. Proven experience designing and delivering AI-enabled, production-grade solutions at scale. Ability to identify high-value AI opportunities and lead go-to-market propositions from concept to launch. Strong commercial acumen with end-to-end project leadership across scope, budget, timelines, and stakeholder management. Advanced knowledge of AI technologies, including Generative AI and emerging applications. Inspiring leader capable of guiding diverse technical and non-technical teams to deliver complex programmes. Hands-on experience delivering AI solutions on cloud platforms within Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments. Excellent communicator and storyteller, able to translate complex data insights into clear, compelling narratives for senior stakeholders. Salary available is up to £110,000 plus bonus and cash benefits.
