Responsibilities:Manage a busy inbox, filtering emails and acting as a first point of contact where appropriate.Coordinate diary commitments, schedule meetings, book appointments, and resolve calendar conflicts.Arrange one-off and recurring meetings, liaising confidently with internal and external stakeholders.Draft correspondence and prepare meeting briefs and supporting documentation.Maintain digital filing systems and ensure information is organised and easily accessible.Support expense tracking and undertake basic administrative and bookkeeping tasks.Help identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and ways of working.Requirements:Recent, relevant experience in a similar support role in a not-for-profit organisationStrong capability with digital tools, particularly Microsoft Products and AIHigh level of organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage priorities and deadlinesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to build strong relationshipsCollaborative and proactive approachCVs will be reviewed on a rolling basis so early applications are strongly encouraged to avoid missing out.
