Electrical Supervisor Location: Cannock Salary: 39,513 per annum (pay award pending) plus a car allowance Hours: 37.5 per week Contract: PermanentAbout the roleWe are looking for an experienced and suitably qualified Electrical Supervisor to join our Housing Maintenance team.You will play a key role in supervising and coordinating electrical property repair and maintenance services, ensuring that work is delivered safely, efficiently, to a high standard and in accordance with all relevant electrical regulations and health and safety requirements.Working with colleagues, contractors and tenants, you will provide effective supervision, make robust decisions and help ensure that services meet agreed performance, quality and budgetary standards.Key responsibilities for the Electrical SupervisorSupervise, plan and organise electrical repair and maintenance work within a Direct Labour Organisation (DLO) or similar environment.Manage and support a team to achieve high standards of performance and service delivery.Monitor work against agreed targets, timescales and budgets.Ensure electrical works comply with relevant regulations, standards and health and safety requirements.Manage and monitor contracts and contractor performance where required.Deal effectively with tenants, colleagues, contractors and other stakeholders.Use computerised management systems and mobile working technology to manage and monitor work.Produce and amend reports, documents and other information using ..... full job details .....
