Job Title: Domiciliary Care Worker Loughton Location: Loughton, Essex Job Type: Part-Time Salary: Competitive (based on experience and qualifications) Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain) Role Overview: We are seeking a compassionate, reliable Domiciliary Care Worker to support a service user in Loughton with their daily care needs in their own home. This includes personal care, safe transfers using a hoist, medication support, maintaining a clean, safe care environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in manual handling, infection control, medication administration, must be committed to promoting dignity, independence, and high-quality care. Shift Pattern 7 Days x 1.5 hours a week in the AM - To assist with safe transfers 7 Days 30 mins a week at Lunch Time - To assist with safe transfers 7 Days 1 hours a week in the PM - To assist with safe transfers Key Responsibilities: Assist with personal care tasks including washing, dressing, and toileting Safe manual handling, transfers using a hoist (training essential) Support with medication administration in line with care plan and policies Maintain cleanliness of the care environment Follow infection control procedures and wear appropriate PPE Accurately document care provided and report any concerns promptly Communicate effectively with the service user, their family, and the care team Requirements: NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (desirable but not essential) Benefits: ..... full job details .....
