• Deliver high-quality Mathematics lessons across the secondary age range
• Plan, prepare, and assess lessons that drive strong pupil progress
• Maintain high expectations of behaviour and achievement
• Contribute positively to the success of the Mathematics department
• Support whole-school initiatives and enrichment where appropriate
