Textile Production Operative, Broxburn, Pay Dependent on Experience + -25 Weekly Attendance Bonus

As a Textile Production Operative, you''ll play a key role in the manufacturing process, working with high-quality textiles to produce specialist products. Your tasks will include:

• Hand-cut heavy-duty textiles using templates, ensuring accuracy and precision
• Work with strong materials like Endura and Pentland fabrics used in specialist products
• Sew and assemble inflatable bags for industrial applications
• Perform quality checks throughout production to maintain high standards
• Support the team to keep production running smoothly and efficiently
• Maintain a safe, tidy, and organised workspace
• Prepare materials and set up workstations for production tasks
• Keep basic records of work completed and materials used
• Assist with basic maintenance or cleaning of tools and equipment

• A full-time contract with pay dependent on your skills and experience
• -25 weekly bonus for full attendance

• Working hours:

• Monday - Thursday: 7:30am - 4:45pm
• Friday: 7:30am - 12:30pm
• Temp-to-perm opportunity after 13 weeks

• Previous experience in textile handling, sewing, or cutting preferred, but not essential if willing to learn

• Reliable and punctual, with good communication skills
