Projects will vary in nature but include high-profile, complex projects across the commercial, education, industrial, retail, and residential sectors in Hertfordshire and into London. Performance ObjectivesPrepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and financial forecasts for construction projects.Monitor and manage project costs to ensure they remain within agreed budgets.Conduct detailed cost analysis and prepare variance reports, identifying risks and opportunities.Lead procurement activities, including the preparation of tender documentation and the evaluation of bids.Oversee contract management, ensuring compliance with all terms and conditions.Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and project stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.Ensure all projects comply with health and safety regulations, contractual obligations, and company standards.Compile and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, records, and correspondence.
