HGV Class 2 Driver - Permanent Contract - Based in Tamworth

The salary is £31,343 at entry level, rising to £35,649 following successful completion of a 6-month probationary period (based on 47.5 hours per week).

About the HGV Class 2 Driver role

- Delivery and collection of goods to and from suppliers across the UK
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- Nationwide delivery
- 8 to 12 drops per day
- Time-Sensitive: Work within strict timescales and deadlines
- Perform vehicle checks and maintain vehicles cleanliness

Hours:

- You will be required to work Monday to Friday on AM starts with flexibility being key, start times from 05:00hrs
- Nights out are not mandatory but may be involved on the very rare occasion

Requirements:

- Experience: 12 months Class 2 experience or more with good work history
- Licences: Valid HGV Class C (Cat C) License, Digital Tachograph Card, and CPC Card
- DBS Check: Must be willing to undergo a basic DBS check
