to join the dynamic kitchen team in London. Working closely with the Head Chef, youll help lead a fast-paced, quality-driven kitchen, ensuring every plate exceeds expectations.Key Responsibilities:Support the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations
Lead and inspire the team, especially during peak service
Ensure exceptional quality, consistency, and presentation of dishes
Train and mentor junior chefs to uphold high standards
Manage prep, stock control, and maintain health and safety protocols
About You:Previous experience in high-volume, quality-led kitchens
Calm and organised under pressure with strong leadership skills
Excellent communication and a team-first attitude
Passionate about cooking with integrity and working with top-tier ingredients
