Team Leader - Client Static Data 12 Month (FTC) London/Hybrid Competitive Salary Purpose of the Role The Team Lead, is responsible for leading the Client Static Data team, ensuring the accurate, timely and controlled maintenance of client, adviser and account data across all systems. The role is accountable for delivering high-quality service, maintaining strong risk and control standards, supporting regulatory compliance and driving continuous improvement. This role plays a critical part in protecting data integrity, supporting operational efficiency and ensuring an excellent experience for clients, advisers and internal stakeholders throughout the client lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Leadership and People Management Lead, motivate and develop the Client Static Data team. Set clear objectives and performance expectations. Conduct regular one-to-ones, coaching sessions and performance reviews. Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement. Ensure appropriate resource planning and workload management. Operational Oversight Oversee daily workflow management and prioritisation of tasks. Ensure all client static data updates are processed accurately and within agreed SLAs. Act as an escalation point for complex cases and operational issues. Monitor team productivity, quality and service delivery. Ensure effective management of queues and backlogs.
