Position: Teaching Assistant Salary: £22,996 - £25,068 per annum (plus £1,000 referral bonus)Location: KidderminsterContract: 40 hours per week We are recruiting a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Kidderminster. This role involves providing classroom support, assisting pupils with additional needs, and contributing to a positive and structured learning environment. You will work closely with teaching staff to support students academically and emotionally, particularly those with SEMH and complex needs. The successful candidate will be motivated, adaptable, and passionate about supporting young people to reach their full potential.
