Pertemps is excited to be recruiting on behalf of our client for a Student Services Coordinator in Kettering. This is your chance to join a welcoming and supportive Student Services team dedicated to helping learners succeed academically, personally, and professionally.
What You’ll Do
As a Student Services Coordinator, you’ll provide outstanding support to students, guiding them in:

• Careers advice and higher education progression
• Financial support, bursaries, and benefits guidance
• Pastoral care and personal wellbeing

You’ll also:

• Assist with UCAS applications and the Careers Education Programme
• Maintain accurate safeguarding and wellbeing records
• Represent the organisation at events and promote a positive student experience

About You
We’re looking for someone who is:

• Approachable, organised, and passionate about helping others
• Confident communicating with students, staff, and external partners
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in student support or a customer-focused role
• Strong administrative and IT skills (Word, Excel, databases)
• Level 3 qualification minimum, GCSE English & Maths at Level 2
• Level 6 Careers Education IAG (or willingness to work towards) is desirable
