A position is available for an experienced Gluing Machine Minder (folding/gluing machine operator) to work in the carton finishing department. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic with at least two years of experience in running Folding/Gluing machines. It is essential that the candidate has good technical expertise in aspects of print finishing, together with good mechanical ability. The ideal candidate is an ambitious, enthusiastic, and highly motivated individual with exposure to a wide range of technical areas. You should be a team player with good supervisory skills and with a positive attitude to achieving the best outcome for our customers. They are looking for someone who is keen to be a proactive member of the production team, with a high level of motivation to ensure time and quality targets are met and has a ''can-do'' attitude to solving problems and developing more efficient ways of working.
