Requirements Gathering:

Collaborate with stakeholders, including Fund Owners, Operations and Compliance teams, and IT professionals, to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements.Data Analysis:

Analyze data to identify quality issues, anomalies, and gaps. Work with data teams to define data requirements and ensure accurate data ingestion.Domain Data Modeling:

Understand the Fund owner''s data, analyze data integrity, and create foundational domain data models for consumption.Functional Documentation:

Understand data consumption by different personas, create detailed specifications for data use cases, and communicate business requirements to development and IT teams.Testing and Quality Assurance:

Develop test plans, conduct UAT, and collaborate with testing teams to ensure data changes meet business needs.Change Management:

Assist in developing strategies and training materials for smooth transition to business processes.Project Coordination:

Work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to meet milestones and resolve issues.Compliance and Risk Management:

Ensure all data changes comply with UK regulations.Stakeholder Communication:

Provide updates, communicate progress, and address concerns related to the transformation program.Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the financial industry, preferably with Fund Management / Owner''s domain.Strong understanding of Capital Markets data, including reference data, market data, portfolio data, asset valuation, performance measurement, reconciliation, and compliance.Familiarity with financial instruments and investment strategies is an advantage.Comfortable working with Power BI and databases.Proficiency in data analysis, querying languages (e.g., SQL), and data visualization.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Experience with project management tools and methodologies is a plus.Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with IT teams, stakeholders, and subject matter experts.
