Ideal Senior Chef de Partie candidate should have:Prior experience in high end hotels/restaurant kitchens, as well as high volume establishments.Ability to work well with others and support team members in a group setting.Ability to work in an organized fashion, maintaining a clean work area and uniform.Desire to learn and grow, as well as help support other team members.Ideally have Senior chef de partie experience in working with a wood/coal burning grill.
