The Role: As a Care Supervisor you will be working in one of the supported living tenancies supporting the Registered manager in the running of the service.To work on a full time basis, on a rota which will include alternate weekends and 10 hours of your working week to focus on any administrative tasks, the rest supporting on shifts and being involved in the daily support and care of the individuals Coordinate daily care operations to ensure the delivery of high-quality support to people being supported.Lead and supervise a team of care staff, providing guidance, support, and mentor ship to promote professional development.Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to adult care services.Monitor and maintain accurate documentation, including care records, incident reports, and staff rotas.Promote a positive and respectful environment that encourages dignity, independence, and choice for the individuals Participate in staff recruitment, training, and performance reviews ..... full job details .....
