Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for a skilled Revit MEP Coordinator to join a leading building services consultancy, in a permanent position. You will be required to work 5 days a week from our client''s London office.This is a great opportunity to work on exciting commercial projects, with an experienced and motivating team.-Salary ranging from 50,000- 55,000 (depending on experience).Key Responsibilities:-Develop and manage 3D MEP models in Revit.-Coordinate MEP services with architectural and structural designs.-Run clash detection and resolve coordination issues using Navisworks.-Support engineers with drawings and model updates.-Ensure compliance with BIM execution plans and project standards.-Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teamsWhat we are looking for:Essential:-Proven experience in a similar Revit MEP Coordinator or BIM Technician role within building services.-High level of proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP and Navisworks.-Solid understanding of UK building services and construction detail coordination to stage 5 and above.-Experience working within a BIM Level 2 environment.-Familiarity with Common Data Environments (CDE) such as BIM 360 or Viewpoint.-Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.-Strong communication skills. ..... full job details .....
