Key Responsibilities Managing a caseload focused on military personal injury claims, including: Non-freezing cold injuries (NFCIs) Training-related injuries PTSD and psychological injury claims Assault and negligent exposure cases Historic injury claims Handling cases from initial instruction through to settlement or litigation.
