The Role:

As a Sales & Business Development Executive, you''ll be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing relationships with prospective clients and helping grow the company''s customer base across a range of security solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Proactively contacting prospective customers through outbound sales activity.
• Managing the full sales process from initial enquiry through to closing the deal.
• Building long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Preparing quotations and following up on sales opportunities.
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
• Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.

What We''re Looking For:

• Previous experience within sales, business development or account management.
• A confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people.
• Self-motivated with a genuine desire to earn uncapped commission.
• Resilient, competitive and target-driven.
• Strong organisational and relationship-building skills.
• Experience within the security industry would be beneficial but is not essential.
