Salary: Basic - -24,525 - OTE of -35,000

Role Overview

As a Sales Agent, you''ll handle inbound calls and help customers find the right insurance, including cover for pre-existing conditions. You''ll work in a supportive team, focused on providing great service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound enquiries with professionalism and empathy

• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets

• Identify opportunities for policy upgrades and cross-sells

• Conduct accurate medical screenings

• Follow scripts while tailoring conversations to the customer

• Resolve queries and ensure high customer satisfaction

• Manage data in line with GDPR and company policy

• Support team goals and contribute to a positive work environment

• Follow compliance and quality assurance standards

• Experience in call centre sales

• Strong verbal and written communication

• Target-driven and motivated

• Excellent customer service and telephone manner
