Executive Support Officer Remote Based Government Experience Needed 6 months £19.51 per hour PAYE Your new company The position is for an Executive Support Officer to a senior Director in a prestigious non-ministerial government department. The role is mainly remote and will be a 6-month interim position - and my client is looking for someone with an understanding or experience in government relations. Your new role Contributing to the effective delivery of the Agency''s response to the handling of specific food, feed and environmental incidents and emergencies.Participating in internal and external meetings, providing secretariat when required.Managing data, including existing databases, to produce reports and implement proposals.Produce consultation documents, enforcement letters etc, and issue the relevant documentation to Northern Ireland stakeholders in line with protocols and timescales, collating the responses.Assist in the preparation of Ministerial submissions within the set timescales.Upload of Notices on the department''s Link platform when required.Where appropriate, respond directly to enquiries from stakeholders and other Government Departments within the necessary timescales. Liaise with Agency colleagues, local authorities, OGD''s and other external stakeholders involved in relevant areas, working collaboratively to gather and disseminate relevant information.
