They are looking for an experienced Service Engineer establish a service department for them and be the technical specialist when it comes to Gas Power. Once established, they foresee this role progressing into a Service Manager role overseeing the Service Department. Responsibilities:Lead the creation, implementation, and ongoing supervision of a dedicated Service function within the business.Act as the technical authority for Gas Generator systems, supporting installations, troubleshooting, and long-term service strategy.Initially operate in a hands-on capacity, carrying out servicing, fault-finding, repairs, overhauls, and commissioning of Gas and Diesel Generators.Develop service procedures, documentation, and maintenance schedules to ensure consistency and quality across projects.Provide technical support to customers and internal teams, including diagnosing complex faults both on-site and remotely.Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractors to ensure correct parts, technical compliance, and best practice.Requirements - Service Engineer - Manager Designate - Power ..... full job details .....
