Key Responsibilities Identify and supply the correct parts and accessories for construction and heavy plant machinery. Deal with customers by phone, email and face-to-face, providing a high level of service. Identify customer requirements and provide accurate parts advice. Process parts orders accurately and efficiently. Use electronic parts catalogues and stock management systems. Maintain accurate stock levels and carry out regular stock checks. Liaise with engineers and technicians to ensure parts are available when required. Manage backorders, returns, warranty queries and supplier enquiries.
