PAT Tester / PPM Engineer Commercial Environments 38-40K OTE: 48-50k Paid Weekly. Do to increased demand on PPMs (planned preventative maintenance), we are actively recruiting for a PAT Tester / PPM Engineer to work on a mobile basis, across commercial environments. Duties will include: Emergency lighting tests PAT Testing (portable appliance testing) Fire alarm tests Fire extinguisher tests Tap temperatures Package: 38,000 - 40,000 base salary Paid overtime available, x1.5 rate until midnight, x2 rates overnight. Hours: 9 hour days, varied dependant on client operating hours, ie: 6am-3pm, 7am-4pm, 8am-5pm. This also may require evening/overnight works paid at overtime rates, followed by 12 hours downtime. Status: Permanent, PAYE position (weekly pay schedule) Provided: company van and fuel card (business use). Company pension, uniform, phone, 29 days paid annual leave including bank holidays etc. Requirements: Must have experience in a maintenance role within commercial environments. Must hold PAT testing certificates Must have experience carrying out the duties listed above. Must have a driving license with under 9 points.
