Block Property Manager

A Block Property Manager is required for a well-established property management firm operating across the UK. Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive individual to manage a portfolio of residential blocks based in Borehamwood.

What does a Block Property Manager role entail?
* Managing a portfolio of residential properties/blocks
* Acting as the main point of contact for leaseholders, tenants, and contractors
* Overseeing maintenance and repair works
* Conducting site inspections and ensuring properties are well maintained
* Managing service charges and budgets
* Liaising with contractors and ensuring works are completed to a high standard
* Ensuring compliance with relevant property legislation and regulations

Requirements for the Block Property Manager role:
* Previous experience in block or property management
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities
* Knowledge of service charges and property legislation
* Full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential
