The Product Innovation team is Quantexa''s catalyst for game-changing, disruptive product evolution. Our team led the development of Q Assist, Quantexa''s GenAI-powered assistant, and is currently pioneering new initiatives like Simulation Lab—a decision experimentation tool that blends LLMs with human expertise. We''re also home to Q Labs, a newly launched virtual and physical space dedicated to exploring what''s possible.About Your Role

As Head of Product Innovation, you''ll set the vision and execution strategy for innovation at Quantexa. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, you''ll lead a high-impact team focused on building the future of Decision Intelligence. You''ll scout emerging technologies, teaming with RandD, GTM, academia, and willing co-innovation customers/partners. Define and lead the innovation strategy, processes, and pipelines within Quantexa.Lead and coach a growing innovation team.Drive co-innovation programs with customers and ecosystem partners and establish academic/strategic partnerships.Represent Quantexa at industry events as a thought leader in applied innovation and GenAI.Drive market eminence to elevate external awareness of Quantexa as a leader in innovation.Demonstrated success, over multiple years, in leading disruptive "zero to one" product innovation initiatives, preferably within B2B SaaS or data platforms.Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence and GenAI—comfortable separating hype from value.Strategic thinker with the ability to frame and evaluate bold ideas through commercial, technical, and user lenses.Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and coaching high-performing individuals.Successful execution in evolving innovative experimentation into commercial impact.Hands-on technical background, comfortable building early prototypes or experimenting with new tools and frameworks.Experience in highly regulated environments such as financial services, public sector, or healthcare.Knowledge of LLMs, generative AI tools, and decision intelligence frameworks.Competitive salary.- Company bonus.- Private healthcare, Life Insurance and Income Protection.- Cycle Scheme and TechScheme.- Pension Scheme with a company contribution of 6% (if you contribute 3%).-25 days annual leave (with the option to buy up to 5 days) + birthday off!- Ongoing personal development.- Great WeWork Office Space and Company wide socials.
