As a Litigation Solicitor you will support the team in handling Education Prosecutions and related litigation matters. This position will primarily involve managing a caseload in education-related prosecutionsKey Responsibilities:Handle education prosecutions and other litigation cases on behalf of the Council.Provide legal advice to internal stakeholders.Draft legal documentation and undertake advocacy in court as required.Liaise with external counsel and other relevant bodies.Keep up to date with relevant legislation and provide training or updates to colleagues as necessary.
