Quantity Surveyor – Drylining

£50,000–£60,000 + Company Car / Car Allowance

Join a growing specialist contractor and take a key commercial role delivering drylining and interiors projects up to £2m.

• Manage the commercial aspects of drylining projects up to £2m
• Complete site measures, variations and valuations
• Prepare payment applications and CVRs
• Attend site meetings and manage final accounts
• Work closely with the Managing Director and Senior Management Team
• Opportunity to support with estimating and tendering duties

• £50,000–£60,000 basic salary
• Company car or car allowance
• 33 days holiday including bank holidays

• Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor
• Background in drylining, interiors or subcontracting
• Strong commercial and IT skills
• Good understanding of valuations, variations and final accounts
• Full UK driving licence
