As an Alarm Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and servicing of alarm systems for both residential and commercial clients. You will ensure that all systems are running optimally and providing the highest level of security to our customers.

• Install, maintain, and service various alarm systems (intruder, fire, CCTV, etc.).
• Conduct regular testing, diagnostics, and repairs on alarm equipment.
• Respond to emergency service calls and provide troubleshooting support.
• Work with clients to ensure systems are properly maintained and meet their security needs.
• Perform system upgrades and modifications when required.
• Keep accurate records of service visits and report any issues or necessary improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies in the security and alarm industry.

• Previous experience in alarm installation, maintenance, and servicing.
• Strong knowledge of alarm systems and their components.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and fault-finding.
• Good understanding of electrical and wiring systems.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical clients.
• Full UK driving license (or applicable region).
