Operations Manager - Responsive Repairs The Operations Manager - Responsive Repairs is the operational lead for responsive repairs services within the Asset Delivery function and is responsible for the end-to-end delivery, performance and continuous improvement of responsive repairs across the organisation. Reporting to the Head of Asset Delivery, the postholder provides operational leadership and strategic oversight of Local Space''s Responsive Repairs, Voids, Legal Disrepair and Insurance, and Healthy Homes services, ensuring they are customer-focused, efficient, compliant and deliver excellent outcomes for residents. The role is accountable for delivering high-performing repairs services that meet organisational objectives, statutory, regulatory and contractual requirements while driving value for money, service improvement and operational excellence. The postholder will lead the organisation''s response to legal disrepair, insurance claims, damp and mould, and compliance with Awaab''s Law, ensuring risks are effectively managed and robust assurance is provided to the Executive Management Team, Committees and Board. Holding responsibility for significant operational budgets, regulatory compliance and legal risk exposure, the Operations Manager plays a key role in shaping and improving service delivery.
