Key Relationships: Responsible to: Head of Project Delivery/Project Manager during the build, thereafter the Site Manager. Works closely with: Site Management Team, Contract Managers, Communications Team, Client Authority, EPC Contractor, Landlord, community groups and local education providers. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain a stakeholder database, ensuring effective communication with local groups, businesses, and education providers. Build and nurture positive relationships with the general public, stakeholders, and community organisations. Coordinate stakeholder visits, community events, and education programmes, including all administration, health and safety, and reporting requirements. Develop educational materials and manage the visitor centre, ensuring resources are kept current and relevant. Represent the business as a community ambassador at external events, conferences, and stakeholder meetings. Provide content and updates to the Communications Team for contract-specific websites and media channels.
