This is an opportunity to make a real difference and to share in the passion of the senior management vision to improve a large (200+ staff) site This position will focus on managing a cross functional team of circa 140 staff. This will include directly managing the Product, Technical, Engineering, Planning and H and S managers. Additionally you would work closely with the CI Manager on a number of site improvement projects. It would suit someone who is dynamic and decisive, and who is ready to at times challenge the status quo, but who can do it in the right manner and take teams with them when implementing change.
