Our purpose is to create an equal world of work and raise young women''s incomes. We work with and for young women aged 18-30 across England and Wales, campaigning for a fairer financial future while providing practical support to help them thrive. Together, we champion workplace equality, amplifying young women''s voices and creating change through services, research, campaigning and influencing. The Role We are seeking a bold, inspiring, values-led Chief Executive Officer to take the charity into its next chapter, building on our strong foundations to grow the organisation''s impact and influence. You will work closely with the Board and senior leadership team to deliver our current strategic plan and shape the next phase of organisational growth. As CEO, you will be a powerful ambassador for the charity, ensuring that the voices of young women are heard at the highest levels. You will combine strategic vision with operational excellence, balancing high-quality service delivery with campaigning, policy influence and financial sustainability.
