You''ll have the opportunity to: Manage planning applications from initial instruction through to determination. Prepare planning statements, reports and supporting documentation. Provide planning advice, development appraisals and site assessments. Undertake planning policy research and assess development opportunities. Liaise with Local Planning Authorities, clients and external consultants. Attend pre-application meetings, site visits and planning committees. Negotiate with planning officers to help secure positive outcomes. Manage your own workload and take ownership of projects. Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
