Commercial Management and Quantity Surveying on projects from inception to completionTender and appoint the construction teamAttend design team meetings, produce tender documentationDevelop cost plansReview tender returns, authorise application of payment, risk analysis, valuation certificate productionAdminister contractsPrepare financial reportsAgree final accounts and produce associated documentationParticipate in value engineering workshops and analyse findingsLead our team of Quantity Surveyors and Commercial Managers in Wales and the SouthA Little More About Your Role

Experience of working on education, commercial, health or defence projects in the UK or overseasAbility for being a team playerExperience of working in highly motivated teamsExpertise and a working knowledge of NEC 3 or 4 and JCTExperience using cost management tools such as CostX or similarExperience using contract management tools such as Aconex, CEMAR or similarExperience of providing Project Controls servicesExperience in working in team delivery, and are willing extend your knowledge and experience through working in a highly motivated and competent teamExperience of leading teams and mentoring staffManagement of projects including resourcing and financial performanceBid management experience including preparation of quality submissions and fee proposalsChartered Membership of RICS or other professional bodyBSc (Hons) in related degreeExcellent oral and written communication skills, good planning and organising skills together with strong time management skill and team workingA full driving licenceWhat’s in it for you
