About the School:
This is a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) supporting children and young people aged 5 to 16 who are unable to access mainstream education. The school has a small cohort of approximately 35-36 pupils and is rated Good by Ofsted. It provides a supportive and nurturing environment for both learners and staff, with a strong focus on inclusion and trauma-informed care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing general administrative support to the school office
- Managing attendance records and safeguarding documentation
- Handling phone calls, emails, and visitor enquiries professionally
- Supporting staff with data entry and document preparation
- Liaising with parents, staff, and external professionals

Requirements:
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Basic IT proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, email systems)
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a supportive team
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
- Right to work in the UK
- Two recent professional references
