Senior Associate - Insurance Coverage and Disputes London Leading Legal 100 Firm A leading UK law firm is looking to recruit a talented Senior Associate to join its highly regarded Insurance Coverage and Disputes team in London. This is an outstanding opportunity to work on complex, high-value insurance and reinsurance disputes for a prestigious client base that includes insurers, reinsurers, Lloyd''s syndicates and market intermediaries. The role offers exposure to sophisticated coverage issues, policy interpretation matters, reinsurance disputes and cross-border claims, while providing significant client contact and the opportunity to play a key role in the continued expansion of the practice. The Role Advising on complex insurance coverage disputes across a range of business lines Handling policy interpretation and indemnity issues Acting on high-value and international reinsurance disputes Working directly with London Market insurers, reinsurers and Lloyd''s syndicates Supporting business development initiatives and strengthening client relationships About You 5+ years'' PQE with a strong background in insurance disputes Experience gained within a recognised insurance practice Proven ability to manage complex, high-value coverage matters Experience acting for insurers and/or reinsurers Strong knowledge of the London Market and Lloyd''s environment Commercially minded with excellent client management skills Particular interest will be shown in candidates with ..... full job details .....
