Business Development Manager

The Role:

Take ownership of securing specifications and winning projects across the UK, focusing on the logistics, warehousing and distribution sectors. You''ll work with M&E consultants, Tier 1 contractors and multi-site end users to drive both retrofit and new build opportunities, building strong relationships to grow project pipelines and secure long-term business.

Requirements:

- Specification experience within the construction industry

- Experience of following through specifications with contractors

- Commercially driven with the energy to develop new business

- Ambitious and keen to build a long-term career within a growing organisation

The Package:

- -50,000 basic salary

- 25% quarterly bonus scheme
