What You''ll Be Doing Managing a portfolio of outstanding debtors and proactively chasing payments via telephone and email. Building effective relationships with clients to secure payment and resolve outstanding balances. Working closely with fee earners to review and manage client debt positions. Identifying problem debts and escalating issues where appropriate. Monitoring payment plans and deferred payment arrangements. Handling incoming client queries relating to outstanding accounts.
