Job Title: Electrician

Salary: -37,800 - -50,000 OTE per annum
Job Type: Full-Time, Temp to Perm (initial 12-week temporary contract)

We are recruiting for two skilled Electricians to join the Heating and Compliance team of a respected organisation in the Northwest. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, starting on a 12-week temporary contract paid at -23 per hour. Following successful completion of this period, the role will become permanent, offering a competitive salary of up to -50,000 OTE, a company van, fuel card, and excellent benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out EICR checks for social housing clients
• Repair and replace electrical fittings on site
• Diagnose and rectify electrical faults
• Perform duties in compliance with Equal Opportunities, Health & Safety, Customer Service, and Performance Policies
• Travelling and out-of-hours work may be required

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
• Testing & Inspection 2391 certification (or equivalent)
• 18th Edition (BS7671) qualification
• ECS Gold Card (desirable)
• Competence in all aspects of electrical discipline, including testing and completing certifications
• Full UK driving license
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to manage time and workload independently
• Positive attitude and flexibility toward varied work and schedules
• Own full set of tools
• Experience in the social housing sector (desirable)
