The successful candidates must be enthusiastic and have the ability to create a positive and fun learning environment by supporting the teacher, and assisting the children with their learning. A successful teacher will have QTS, teaching references and must be confident in teaching in accordance to the national curriculum. The role is to include taking morning calls to cover sickness at different schools.
