About the Role:
- Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualificationandnbsp;or demonstrate equivalent experience and proven teaching support capabilities
- Passionate about empowering young learnersandnbsp;and helping them reach their full potential
- Patient, empathetic, and understanding, with the ability to build strong, trusting relationships with students
- A proactive and adaptable approach, ready to meet the dynamic needs of the classroom with confidence and flexibility
The ideal candidate will:
- Support classroom teachers in the planning and delivery of engaging, high-quality lessons that inspire a love for learning.
- Provide focused, one-to-one support to pupils who require additional guidance, helping them overcome challenges with patience and encouragement.
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued, supported, and empowered to succeed.
- Encourage creativity and independent thinking, helping students unlock their full potential and develop confidence in their abilities.
