Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Courier Coordinator for a well-established Freight Forwarder based in the Heathrow area.Daily Duties:-Arranging daily collections and deliveries with approved courier providersBooking domestic and international shipments through courier portalsPreparing shipping labels, customs documentation and delivery paperworkTracking shipments and proactively dealing with any delivery issues or delaysKeeping customers and internal teams updated on delivery progressWorking closely with the warehouse team to prioritise urgent shipmentsHelping with stock movements and general warehouse administration when neededMaking sure orders are packed and dispatched accurately and within agreed timeframesGetting involved in the day-to-day running of a busy logistics operationCarrying out lifting and manual handling safely and in line with company guidelinesRequired Experience:-Customer ServicesOrganised and able to keep on top of multiple tasksComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentA good problem solver who takes initiativeReliable, hardworking and willing to learn new skillsHappy to get involved with both office-based and warehouse tasksWorking hours are Monday - Friday pm or pmAs an agency we are fast becoming the number one Freight specialist in the UK.
