The client knows exactly what they need, is highly engaged, and expects a Quality lead who understands the realities of delivering Hard Services in a regulated environment - ideally with PFI contract exposure.You''ll be the go-to Quality lead for the FM service, driving compliance, continuous improvement, audits, reporting and performance across the contract.What you''ll be doingOwning and improving the Quality Management System across the Hard FM serviceLeading audits, inspections and compliance activity (internal, client and external)Managing non-conformances, corrective/preventative actions and root-cause investigationsProducing clear, credible quality reporting and performance insightsSupporting operational teams to embed quality into day-to-day deliveryWorking closely with the on-site client team to align expectations, standards and outcomesWhat we''re looking for (essentials)We''re holding out for ..... full job details .....
