ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION(S):85 % OF TIMEo Raise sales quotations as a response to both customer requests and from external Sales Managerso Take ownership of quotations and chase through to conclusion including required follow up actionso Respond to customer enquiries on a technical level from telephone, email and other sources tosupport the sales activity.o Deliver all daily processes with consistent accuracy, while working within tight timelines.o Provide prompt and comprehensive responses to customer queries relating to Gauge Selection,Accessories, Instrumentation and Bonding activity.
