Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on plumbing and mechanical systems. Attend reactive maintenance and breakdown calls. Diagnose faults and complete repairs to plumbing and associated plant equipment. Maintain hot and cold-water systems. Service and repair pumps, valves, pipework, expansion vessels and drainage systems. Undertake minor installation and refurbishment works. Complete service reports and maintenance records accurately. Ensure all works are completed in line with health and safety regulations. Liaise professionally with clients, subcontractors and colleagues. Requirements Essential: NVQ Level 2/3 Plumbing and Heating or equivalent. Proven experience within commercial building services maintenance. Strong plumbing fault-finding and repair skills.
