Temporary Caretaker / Site Manager Primary School - Tonbridge, Kent Full-time or Mornings Only (until 1:00pm) Temporary Contract We are working with a friendly and welcoming primary school in Tonbridge, Kent, who are seeking a reliable and proactive Caretaker / Site Manager to join their team on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a safe, clean and well-run school environment. Flexibility is available, with full-time hours or mornings only up to 1:00pm considered. Key Responsibilities: Opening and securing the school site General maintenance, minor repairs and basic DIY Health and safety checks and compliance Ensuring the site is clean, safe and well presented Liaising with staff and external contractors Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the school premises The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Previous experience as a caretaker, site manager or similar role (school-based experience desirable) A practical, hands-on approach with good problem-solving skills Strong awareness of health and safety procedures Reliability, flexibility and a positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Candidates registering with Academics Ltd will have to apply for an Enhanced DBS and/or overseas police check where ..... full job details .....
