Associate Director Medical EngagementCK Group is recruiting for an Associate Director of Medical Engagement to join a global pharmaceutical company in Uxbridge on a 12-month contract basis.Salary: Up to £62.29 per hour PAYERole:Active contributor to global medical strategic planning, informing development of medical strategies and plans, leveraging medical insights.Accountable for facilitating the implementation of medical strategies/initiatives relevant to the field medical team, focusing on Hematology/Cell Therapy with potential expansion to solid tumor oncology.Partner with medical learning teams to ensure effective communication and the integration of scientific narratives and Patient Outcome Imperatives for the assigned therapeutic area.Encourages collaboration across matrixed and market medical teams to enhance the quality of medical insights, analysis, communication, and reporting.Your Background:Medical/Scientific background with experience in pharma or biotech companies.Knowledge and experience in Hematology/Oncology.Ability to lead and influence effectively across a multicultural, matrixed organization and manage Medical and Commercial activities.Company:The client is a global leader in enabling pharma, biotech, and consumer health partners to optimize product development, launch, and full lifecycle supply for patients worldwide.
