We have an exciting opportunity for a technically savvy individual to join our newly established Inside Sales Centre of Excellence in the heart of London.This role requires knowledge of French and attendance at our London office five days a week.Working alongside Inside Sales Account Managers, you will play a key role in developing technology strategies and solutions for assigned accounts. Your main responsibility will be to provide technical expertise on a wide range of products and support integration within the customer''s technical environment.
Responsibilities:Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to customers.Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.Assist in preparing sales proposals and quotes.Provide technical support and guidance throughout the sales process.Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitors.Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.Develop and deliver technical onboarding for new Inside Sales team members.Provide technical updates to the team.Maintain communication with Sales Engineers across EMEA.
