Manpower is currently recruiting experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver (double handler preferred) to join a well-established client in Castleford/ Normanton. If you''re looking for consistent hours, long-term stability, and the chance to secure a permanent role, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What You''ll Be Doing

• Loading andamp; Unloading (60%) - Safely handling palletised goods in a fast-paced environment
• FLT Operation - Moving stock efficiently across the yard and warehouse
• Yard andamp; Shunting Duties - Supporting vehicle movements and keeping the yard organised
• General Warehouse Tasks - Assisting with daily site operations and manual handling

Shift Pattern

• 4 on / 4 off rotation
• Day shifts: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Pay andamp; Benefits

• Weekly Pay: £604.77 (before tax)
• Overtime Rates:
  • £15.57 (weekday overtime)
  • £17.01 (Saturday)
  • £20.76 (Sunday)

What We''re Looking For

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence
• Previous experience (double handler desirable)
